I'm Michael Gottesman, the founder and owner of BizTech Coaching. I am a techie and problem-solver who is passionate about helping people.
Having worked for online software and internet communications companies for more than a dozen years I’ve seen the benefits of choosing the right software and implementing it effectively. My roles have included Sales, Marketing and Support but my focus has always been to align technology to the unique needs of each client and build solutions to meet their goals.
BizTech Coaching was launched to apply this same approach to help small businesses. When I start working with clients, many are simply overwhelmed by the rapidly evolving world of software and online marketing. My favorite part of my job is seeing the wave of relief as it all begins to make sense for them and they see the actual impact on their business.
I grew up just a few miles from where I now live in Needham, Massachusetts and take great pride in playing an active role in supporting the local community. I currently serve on the Marketing Committee of the Newton-Needham Regional Chamber as well as the Needham Economic Development Committee. I also volunteer my time to local organizations including the Needham Community Council and John Eliot School Parent Teach Council.
Outside of work, some of my current techie interests include home automation systems, smartwatches, Chromebooks and keeping up with the latest in the tech world. When I’m not online I run, hike, go to as many Red Sox games as I can, and try to keep up with my wife and two young kids.
